LEADER Business Grants
Meath Partnership provides support, funding and training to ongoing micro-enterprises and to start up enterprises in Co. Meath. The total Budget for County Meath through the LEADER Programme is approximately €10 million over the next four years. To date we have committed almost €1.3 million to support both enterprise and community projects
The purpose of LEADER business funding is to provide alternative employment and enterprise options for rural communities with a focus on utilising rural resources.
Meat h Partnership can provide support for new & existing micro-enterprises through the LEADER programme with the following priorities:
- Diversification of traditional sectors to improve productivity and profitability
- Knowledge networks or business clusters to provide access to training, technology, mentoring, collective marketing and investment
- Innovative products, services and activities
- Sustaining micro-enterprises

Training and Human Resource Supports
Through our Training Centre and our Career Coaching and Training, Meath Partnership can offer start-up and existing micro-enterprises advice and guidance for Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, and IT. This support can be tailored to suit individual needs and will also be available through training courses at our multi-purpose state of the art training centre.
